The following system is in place in compliance of Headquarters office instructions issued vide Memorandum dated 8.5.98

FACITATION COUNTER

Facilitation counter has been provided at the main entrance of the Hospital. The duties of the clerk sitting at the counter have been displayed on the front glass. Clerk sitting at the counter has adequate material and skill necessary for the discharge of his duties

COMPLAINT BOX

Complaint box is displayed at left side of the entrance of administrative Block.The necessary record is being maintained and procedure followed.
